What to Do After a Breakdown

Move as far away from active traffic as it is safe to do, switch on your hazard lights and make yourself visible. If leaving the vehicle would put you in moving traffic, remain in the safest available position and follow instructions from emergency services. What to Do After an Accident

Check for injuries and contact the appropriate emergency services where needed. Do not stand in live traffic or attempt to recover a vehicle from an unsafe position. Record the location and visible condition of the vehicle, then tell the dispatcher whether it can roll, steer or brake. We can arrange accident recovery and winching or safe transport to your chosen destination.

Choosing the Right Towing Method

A rollback or flatbed is commonly used when a vehicle is non-running, accident-damaged, low-clearance or requires all wheels to remain off the road. Winching may be required when a vehicle is stuck, off-road, in a ditch or cannot be aligned for normal loading.
